The Fairbanks Family

Am I going to give every Family Session with a film it's own blog post? You know I just might! If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I overshared last week that I tear up at least once as I craft these films. I can just imagine myself with that family, viewing it for the first time, sharing it with their children as adults, sharing it with their grandchildren... When I deliver a gallery, I hope that those photos will be enjoyed for years to come but delivering a film captures that generational gift on an entirely new level. Being able to watch these moments when your children were small and to be able to relive their expressions, movements and interactions is truly to return to a moment in time.

When Kim reached out to schedule a session, I urged her to add on a family film and I am SO glad that she did! Kim and Sam have the sweetest brood of 7 children and they were easily some of the most cooperative children that I've had the pleasure of working with. I hope this film captured at least a fraction of the love that you can clearly see these children have for one another.
